10 Best Parental Control Apps

It’s frightening how easy it is for children to stumble upon inappropriate content, whether they’re using your phone for just a few minutes or their own device. While the latest versions of Android and iOS includes app restriction features and marketplace filtering, that’s not enough for many parents. This is where parental control apps step in, allowing parents to filter out adult content, restrict app purchases, set time use limits and even monitor call, SMS and Internet activity. With GPS, you can find out just where your child is, anytime, anywhere.

Note: Cyber Safety Cop recommends parents install extra layers of protection on their children’s devices. Toms Guide has created a list of the “10 Best.” Cyber Safety Cop does not endorse any particular application, but we believe some kind of filter/monitoring app is a good idea. Please comment if you have had success with a particular app.
